- DWDavid WaltersJun 26, 20265.0Today on 6/26/26 I went into the west melbourne ups store which I always come here. I was greeted and approached immediately by a gentleman named Randy . He helped me with a amazon return im horrible with technology. Then he talked to me to get to know me and asked if I have been to this ups before . I had told him yes and he wanted to hear my experience prior. This was amazing that he is trying to get to know his customers and their experience. I told him my previous experiences and let me tell you , this young man. Made the experience the best experience I have had not only at the ups store but, in a store period. The way he greeted me, smiled, made me feel welcomed I felt like I was at home. I love how he wanted to know the past then greeted himself as the new general manager and said he wants to learn the customer experience from the past so he can make a better future!!!!!! Whoever hired this young lad needs to keep him and give him a big raise or some kind of promotion!!! If i could only tell you how I truly felt you'd understand!! I see a bright future for this store and im bringing my friends and family here! Thank you Randy

- SJSavon JohnsonMay 22, 20261.0Went to this location at 6:23pm they closed their drawers down early and told me, since I have cash I would be unable to send anything due to them closing down early but the are scheduled til 6:30. The older gentlemen tony was very rude, I asked for the store manager name and contact info. I was told no I could not have it and as I pressed for the matter more he said no you cannot have his name or anything. He says to me, “if you would wait, I contacted him and he would text me right he back”. This is a total outrage and I will be contacting higher up the chain to reconcile this matter.
