If I could give 0 stars I would. They are the worst company we have ever dealt with. Horrible customer service because no one has any info on their computer. They have messed up our delivery now 5x this year. This last time was told delivery would be a week late then called bc they missed the delivery and they said it would be the next Monday now. They continue miss delivery dates , leave the wrong number of bottles. Gave us fish tank smelling water a few times and bottles that have been cracked and leaking. Looking for a diff company and do not recommend them. Unsatisfied and frustrated. Thumbs down

Have been waiting all day for the delivery of our unit. I took the day off from work. 5:30pm. Still nothing
Attempted to reach someone through the chat feature. Nothing but a bot message saying it was disconnected.
Couldn't even get a phone number for customer service through the app. It's like they don't want to even deal with customers

I have called 10 times to see why my credit card keeps getting billed, I canceled my service two months ago, but yet my credit card keeps getting billed, I have called the phone number in the middle of the day all week long and no matter what time it is the recording says they are closed at this time. Do not give these people auto pay information because like so many other scam places on the Internet, you can never get in touch with them and they continue to automatically bill your credit card month after month after month. You have to literally drive down to their office in person and threaten to sue them to get them to stop dinging your credit card. This company sucks! And to this day, they are still dinging my credit card two months after canceling service. I guess I’m gonna have to contact the Better Business Bureau and get a lawyer to recoup my money.
