  You guys really dropped the ball on a package that was supposed to go out Monday & be delivered Thursday & now it didn’t even go out until this past Friday taking over a week to make it to the destination. Lack of extreme ownership from management & co. Staff & management should read the book “Extreme Ownership” & read it twice. Maybe you’ll get it together on punctuality.

  We were blown away by the incredible help we received from Sam (and team) at this location on a busy Saturday morning. We were having an issue with 5 boxes coming from another state to be delivered to our apartment. They weren't suppose to deliver them until Monday as we would not have access until then but we're being delivered that day. Sam made several calls to get all the information. He was also able to get contact info on the driver (Scott) who asked that we contact him so we did. He arranged to meet us at the apartment where we were able to secure the boxes. In those boxes were over half of our personal possessions! Scott and Sam had the greatest attitude and just wanted to help us out. BTW, our delivery had nothing to do with that store but they were still all willing to help. Thank you so much. You made our day!

  Moved my parents out of their gownhouse and shipped a ton of stuff through this store. The service, the attention to detail was great, and all my delicate household goods arrived to different parts of the country quickly and intact!

  Every time I come the staff is amazing and the line moves fairly fast. Clean store and excellent customer service
