  I go to this store exclusively because the hours are great and everyone is very helpful. With the exception of today 9/12/26. I entered with 3 Amazon return packages. One of them I apparently misunderstood the return directions. I thought it did not need a label. I had the bar code pulled up when I approached the counter ready to be scanned. I haded the lady behind the counter that package first. She immediately had an attitude and was very snappy. She said it was supposed to have a label. I said that's not what I understood when I initiated the return. She started taping on my phone at the place that says customer package. She said we could place it in one of the other boxes, which I declined because I didn't want to hold up the line behind me. She became more agitated and it immediately went down hill from there. In the end I told her I would just bring the box back another day, trying to not hold up the line. She snatched up the other two boxes, shoved my receipt toward me and I left. We all have bad days but customers are not who you take the bad day out on.

  DO NOT GO HERE FOR PASSPORT PHOTOS I was told by the US passport office that the pictures were not taken correctly thus not usable for passports (3 sets) and they stated they did not do refunds on passport photos . Absolutely unacceptable If you’re going to charge for this service the least you can do is be well versed on what the guidelines are.

  They don’t care about their customers nor do they try to show empathy when an unforeseen issue occurs beyond the customers control. They also have a very rude, tall male associate that works there. He’s very dismissive. You should consider USPS etc. for your mailing needs.

  Extraordinary service. I had a major issue with an employee and UPS went to the location, retrieved the office supplies, packed, them securely, and had them shipped to me across the country. They were seemless, patience, flexible, reasonable and beyond accommodating! They made me feel like I had an extension of my team right there in Florida! I would highly recommend this store!
