  I had a scheduled fingerprinting appointment for my licensing at this location for 10:00 AM and arrived at 9:59 AM. The employee who answered the door told me the store does not offer that service on Sundays despite the fact that their own system had allowed me to book an appointment for that exact day and time. When I pointed out that this was a scheduling problem on their end and suggested they flag it so future customers aren't inconvenienced, he responded, "That has nothing to do with us, that doesn't concern us." When I calmly explained that as a customer who followed the process correctly, this was in fact relevant to me, he told me, "Whatever you've got going on, your problem is not my problem." He also questioned whether I understood him, which was a strange and unnecessary thing to say to a customer speaking plainly and respectfully. Beyond the dismissive responses, he was in flip-flops and out of uniform, which only added to the overall impression of a location with no standard for professionalism or customer service. I understand scheduling issues happen. What is not acceptable is a paying customer being spoken to with open contempt and told her concern "is not his problem." This reflects directly on the UPS name, since customers expect a consistent standard of service at any location carrying your brand, and this franchise is clearly not holding its staff to one. I'll be raising this with store management directly, but I want UPS corporate to be aware as well — an employee who treats customers this way should not be representing your company.

  The employees that work and my UPS Store is so awesome and helping me complete my transactions whether I am shipping something, or purchasing supplies or returning something. They're always so helpful and make sure that I am taking advantage of any discount I am entitled to such as AARP. They're a great store

  Donna was an absolute gem to interact with. During the lunch time rush, she (along with the rest of the team) juggled multiple different customer requests. These requests ranged from Amazon returns, fax requests, print requests, and directing and helping a customer go to the correct store. This happened all at the same time, and was handled like an all pro by Donna.
