- JJJana Jones4 days ago1.0This post office should be ashamed. I had my grandchildren’s clothes scheduled to be delivered today. The tracking said “out for delivery” all day and suddenly at 4:09 pm it said I requested that it should not be delivered but yet that I wanted to pick up the package. That was not true. This is Saturday and the post office closed at noon and of course I cannot contact anyone because it is after hours. Now the clothes that were purchased for a wedding on Sunday are not available to be picked up until Monday- AFTER THE WEDDING. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE DELIVERY DRIVER WAS TOO LAZY TO DO THEIR JOB. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THE USPS for anything that is important. Shame on them. No call, no communication, NOTHING.
