always only one worker who doesnt have a lick of joy doing his job, I wish they paid more so people would want to work there, ALWAYS a line and a really old man taking up the line just to ship some garbage.

I started using this location because the US1 location always has a line out the door and only one person working the counter. This location seemed to be more efficient with moving the line. There’s a self service kiosk that would help with the speed and efficiency IF the machine were properly working. I ship a lot of items that require a barcode to be scanned for the shipping label to be printed but that feature is always down. I would have continued to use USPS regardless of the faulty machine, if I hadn’t experienced theft from this location. On May 1st I went to this location with a small box to ship and a card. Both of these items were Mother’s Day gifts. The card had two stamps, but I was unsure if that was enough postage for the weight. There were 3D stickers added to the card that were a little heavy and there was a gift card inside as well. When I approached the counter there was a man working that I have never seen before. I handed him the envelope with the card and said I wanted to make sure I had enough postage (meaning for him to just weigh it—he could have handed it back and I would have dropped it in the mailbox) and he proceeds to use both hands to “feel” and press the envelope and then asked, “what’s inside?” I was a little confused but in the moment didn’t feel the need to lie or ask why he needed to know, so I answered honestly. I told him a gift card and some stickers added to a card. He then tossed the card behind the curtain flaps and said, “I guess we’ll see if it goes” and then proceeded to assist with mailing the box. My Mom received her package on May 5th. I did not ship priority and because there was perfume it was not flown but shipped via ground shipping. To this day, my Mom NEVER received the card. I absolutely believe the postal worker stole the card from the way he was handling it and since asked what was inside and I was honest. Of course, I have no way of tracking since the card had two stamps and wasn’t sent priority. Disappointed and angry over this. I wish there was more I could do besides leave this review.

I often use this location for its self serve kiosk. Sadly, several times the machine has been out of paper or out of service for the services I needed. I wish there was a way to know that prior to making the drive.
