    A sweet girl works the desk, but she, alone, can't handle all the business here. And they NEVER ask someone to help when there are lines. She spends more time taping people's boxes than she should. At my local PO, you are required to package your own mailings. I've been here for the past 3 days and there is ALWAYS a line (a long one). I'm thinking I need to try another office in town, it might be quicker even though the drive is longer.

    One of the most unsightly post offices I have ever been to. Whatever they're doing with the landscaping in the front looks like the work of a 9 year old. The building and grounds have never been maintained. Whoever is delivering the mail can't read. I continue to get other peoples mail, other residents get my mail AND the key to my packages. Its really unacceptable.

    I’m truly frustrated with the service for my local postal mail. I’ve only lived here for a year and 4 different times my packages were placed in a different locker for someone else to pick up. First package was brought to me by a random neighbor after A MONTH. The second time they put it on the wrong person who NEVER delivered it to me and I wasn’t even able to get a refund since it was “delivered” the last time (4th) time the mailman (apparently a new guy) put my package somewhere else (it was a bridal shower gift, that I wasn’t able to attend bc I didn’t get it until after the party 😡) I went to the office and the manager called him. He said he’d go back to give it to me but when I came home the mailman told me I’m new but I wasn’t the one to deliver it because I wouldn’t place it somewhere else 😒 so he lied to me, blamed someone else but he was the one delivering the packages that day “ODD” that’s when I missed the party. And Sunday when I checked my mailbox the had placed it in a locker but the party was on Saturday. Why didn’t I check the mailbox on Saturday.? Because he told me he would drop it off at my door if he founded so I assumed that he never did. And TODAY, another box that I was expecting said delivered. When I went to get it, thankfully it was there but the key didn’t have the code/number on where it was placed so I had to go through each locker to try to figure out where my package was. Once I found it. Not only my package was there 🙌🏼 but the key for it as well 🙄. Why would he leave the key with the code inside the locker where the package was. I truly hate complaining because I understand we’re human and we all make mistakes. But I cannot stand the thought of losing packages and I’m now in fear of placing orders because I feel like I’m risking losing my orders. I work from home, and I hate the thought of having to worry about losing something that’s sent by my company. Somebody needs to do something about this. I consider it very important at this point. And totally unacceptable.

    I would give zero stars if possible, but that’s not an option . #1 ask them to hold our Mail for 12 days and then deliver it on a certain date. I filled out the forms online, I got a confirmation, that they would the hold our mail. They did not hold our Mail. Our mailbox was crammed full with our mail crinkled up and package smashed in the box til they could not get any more in there. Got a confirmation that they would redeliver the Mail would restart up and it did, but they still had mail in the post office that they did not deliver and we just stop by to ask since the box was full and small mail. They had not delivered was just sitting there. Had to go down to pick it up ourselves. #2. I went in in the morning. There were three of them working. I had a package sitting there. Two people were not doing anything. One guy that was trying to help People have four people in line and nobody could just seem to go to the back and look to see if my package was there. I got n Emil say at post office not enough information to deliver the package… All the information was there and all the other packages have always showed up. Hummmm…. Makes you kind of wonder who’s doing what? I had to leave cause I didn’t have time to wait the 30 minutes because the guys were visiting about what they did for the weekend the client. So then my husband came in later two people couldn’t help him. They told him to go see the other guy. The bald guy behind the counter didn’t acknowledge him, and then he was standing in line. 2nd person came in…. He seemed to know that client and proceeded to go ahead and take him first. My husband had to speak up and say have been standing in line and then the bald guy behind the counter decided to eyeball him like Claire at him he went to the back after he took. My husband picked up some mayo and a package came out and made a complaint about the number of packages. He said we had and how he was looking for more packages. My husband said he didn’t know how many packages were back there because they didn’t hold the mail like they said they would seems like a lot of attitude that was unnecessary. #3 disappointed with this Mail system here they missed deliver a lot of mail and packages. They do not always get them to the right mailboxes. I wish they would take a little more care in time to actually get it in the right box. I have delivered the mail myself and I understand that they need to just slow down and do their jobs properly for what they’re paid for.
