  Very friendly & professional! Usually never have to wait for help. Conveniently located with plenty of close parking . Katelyn was fantastic today! Very upbeat and friendly!

  I was greeted in a friendly manner upon entering the store . The lady helped me very much to return an item to Amazon , as I didn’t quite get the idea! She was patient and kind with me.

  Went in tonight to mail a couple packages. Two people in front of me. Waited 15 minutes for the two people to be waited on (you could hear other employees in the back) then when I was up the only person working the front had to get some packages out. So I stayed another five or so minutes but the only employee working was still in the back room. Really poor customer service, do better UPS. I will be at the USPS tomorrow because we all have choices about where we spend our money.

  Katelyn was so kind and efficient when I was there to send a package. Usually it is a dry conversation with the person helping me but she was very pleasant and I recommend this UPS store to any of my friends and family! Thanks for the great experience, Katelyn!
