  The last 2 guys working were rude. Ok, no duct tape but don't tell me I was told by another person. He states he needs to use other tape and said he wouldn't charge this time, well my shipment was charged $21 more without my authorization!

  Always a friendly staff & super helpful no matter what I need. Also very friendly & helpful to customers who aren’t very kind to them. I appreciate this store!

  I recently sent a package at this location. I received a call saying that the address does not exist. I put the address in Google maps and it shows the house. I don't know why whomever is delivering can't see the exact location. I was told the package will be returned. I asked for a refund of $14.83 my cost and was told that there's No Refund. Dissatisfied Customer
