  Very disappointing experience. I went to this UPS Store specifically for fingerprinting because the information online indicated that walk-ins were accepted. When I arrived, there was only one customer being helped and no line, yet I was told I needed an appointment and they would not assist me. What made the experience especially frustrating was the attitude of the employee. Instead of trying to be helpful or offering any alternatives, I felt like I was being brushed off. If appointments are required, that information should be clearly stated online so customers don’t waste their time driving to the store. Customer service matters, and this experience left me feeling unwelcome and frustrated. I ended up leaving and taking my business elsewhere.

  The service I received was extraordinary! Kay E. paid great attention to detail. She assured me everything was going where it needed to and how it would be returns. Kay E. did not rush me in spite of the fact there were many people that came in line after me. She let all people waiting that she would get to them as soon as she could but continued to go above and beyond for me. This was a pleasure and mailing important documents is somewhat stressful and Kay E. made me feel confident and comfortable. Thank you and Kay E. is an amazing and valuable employee!

  The last 2 guys working were rude. Ok, no duct tape but don't tell me I was told by another person. He states he needs to use other tape and said he wouldn't charge this time, well my shipment was charged $21 more without my authorization!
