  9/17/26 CHARLIE, OFFICE MANAGER REFUSES TO GIVE STORE CREDIT to return time cards I bought months ago. He told me there’s a 14 day policy which I understand. He said he could not find it under my name or cc#. So, not even a store credit.

  Great,except that I was told to wait in a line across to the store and when I got to the line, the lady was very rude at first at first and said you need to go to the back of the line and go. Two feet away

  This is by FAR the best Staples I have been to. It’s clean, the staff are all helpful, and they really seem to care about their jobs. I hadn’t been there in almost a year, and my last visit there last week really left me impressed with how the store has turned around. It will definitely be my go to spot for office supply needs.

  The worst possible service imaginable. I spent 30 minutes on hold because they pretended to scan in my amazon return, didn't do so, and refused to give me a receipt for my amazon return. I found out when I got home and saw they didn't scan it in and it shows as NOT dropped off for return despite it being in Staple's possession. I called about it and a combative, white, racist Karen manager yelled at me and then had the gall to try tone-police me because I'm a woman of color. She was aggressive, demanding I come all the way back to the store to fix their error to ensure it was scanned and not just stolen by the cashier, and was yelling at me--when I tried to talk and be heard over her racist screaming she said "YOU NEED TO STOP YELLING" and when I pointed out she'd been screaming at me the whole time, she said that's HER, as if it's totally fine to scream at customers after you've stolen from them, police their tone, and shout them down, then threatening them when they try to be heard. I've always been treated badly by the female employees here (super racist white women) but this took the cake. She finally gave me an email to send the QR code to so they could supposedly fix their mistake and scan in the return they failed to. I called an hour later to check they recieved it since it still was not scanned in, and waited more than 30 min on hold for a very rude associate to tell me "the manager can call you in the morning." I asked why it required a manager to see if the email was received and she wouldn't say. Then I asked what happens tomorrow when the items been shipped out and they act like theyve forgotten what happened since they refused me a receipt? She put me on hold again. Then came back and when I asked what would happen to my returned item IN THEIR POSSESSION they failed to scan in if we waited overnight, and she nastily said that I could "Go cry to amazon" and hung up on me. The nastiness, attitude, and all for THEIR horrible CS and their refusal to fix their own mistakes. It's clear they're stealing these items, especially since this is the THIRD time this has happened this year--those times I didn't check right after and they got away with it. Even Amazon has better CS. Watch the employees here like a hawk. They steal, lie, and become belligerent when caught red-handed. Just remember--if you're not white and named Billy Bob, this store may steal from you and will be incredibly nasty and WILL lie when you try to get if rectified. They clearly feel entitled to use their limited power to be racist to non-white customers.

  Lady, working at the printer Counter was extremely rude and not helpful. I asked if she could help me with printing because I did not know how to do self service and she said that she didn’t have time and could not help me And I would have to come back later tonight. Was very inconsiderate and rude. Just her tone was completely off, Not friendly, very unpleasant will not be returning to the Staples and printing anymore at this location.
