  I’m not sure what the gentleman’s name was, but I went to UPS today to return my Amazon return. The man was extremely helpful, understanding and accommodating. He thoroughly explained everything I needed to do to complete my return hassle free. I strongly recommend this location!

  I have visited this UPS Store multiple times, and the employees are normally extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Unfortunately, my experience with Susan was the complete opposite and not at all representative of the customer service this location usually provides. I brought several Amazon returns, all with valid return barcodes and all already inside boxes—including shoes and a Ring product that originally arrived with the shipping label placed directly on the product box. One return did not require packaging at all; the barcode was all that was needed. I had simply left it in a small box to make it easier to carry. Because an approximately 4-by-4-inch flap was not completely closed, Susan refused to accept it unless I purchased an entire roll of tape—even though the item was not required to be boxed in the first place. At other UPS Store locations, there are free self-service return stations with bags and labels, and employees will typically provide a small piece of tape when necessary. Susan instead turned a routine Amazon return into an unnecessarily difficult and expensive ordeal. This was the final day of my return window, so I was effectively forced to go and drive all the way back to Northport so that I can return my items… and of course I had zero problems. Susan was unfriendly, rigid, and unwilling to offer even the smallest reasonable accommodation. It is especially disappointing because that behavior is so out of character for the otherwise wonderful staff at this particular store. Management should seriously address this, because one employee’s attitude can damage the reputation the rest of the team has worked hard to build.

  Very friendly team. Always eager to make small talk and make one feel very welcome! A great local UPS store for folks in Venice. If you’re in need of shipping supplies you will find them at this location. This location (# 6745 ) is my go to store.
