- ABA B6 days ago1.0I don’t know if it’s just this post office or if it’s the United States Postal Service in general but they are unreliable to deliver your mail. We live in a rural area so we are concerned about our mail getting stolen out of our mailbox. We have owned a PO Box at this location for a couple of decades now. Lately, the mail delivery has been more and more unreliable. Our tax return documents were mailed back to us from our accountant and they never showed up. A business customer of ours mailed their check to us and it never showed up. A renter of ours mailed their check to us and it never showed up. We had ordered a new license plate to be delivered through the mail and it showed up a month late because someone found it behind a basket in the back room of the post office. At this point, I think I’d be better off taking my chances having our mail delivered directly to our home mailbox. My husband has spoken to them multiple times about this problem and they do not act like they care and they do not offer up any solutions or offer to investigate what went wrong.
