Excellent experience and outstanding customer service. The associate Blake who helped me was extremely professional, patient, and thorough. I had multiple items that needed to be packaged and shipped separately, and he took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure each package was prepared properly, and helped me with all of the receipts and tracking information I needed. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about getting everything right. This is exactly the kind of customer service that deserves recognition. Five stars and a big thank you for making the whole process so easy!

Very poor customer service. I called with a simple question about mailing a letter over the weekend, and before I could even finish asking, the employee cut me off with, "This is a UPS Store, not the UPS warehouse." I wasn't expecting her to have every answer, but I did expect basic courtesy. Instead of listening for a few seconds and politely pointing me in the right direction, she was abrupt and dismissive. A little kindness goes a long way, and unfortunately, that was completely missing from this interaction.
