  Telling customers to patiently wait and refusing to get on a register is very unprofessional. Then continues to be disrespectful to several customers.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS Store due to the customer service provided by Idalis. Her attitude was unprofessional and unhelpful throughout the interaction. I was simply requesting a service that I was willing to pay for, yet she appeared visibly annoyed and made uncomfortable facial expressions, which made me feel unwelcome and like my request was an inconvenience. Customer service should be respectful and professional, regardless of the situation. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect the level of service I would expect from UPS. I hope management addresses this issue so that future customers are treated with courtesy and respect.

  I had a very frustrating experience with Jaylyn today over a simple print request. I had already emailed the attachment ahead of time, then had to resend it four more times while standing directly in front of her because she kept saying the attachment was not coming through, even though I showed her it was attached on my end. Instead of offering any real solution or workaround, she kept repeating that email was the only option and there was nothing else she could do. What made it worse was that I was the only customer there when this started, but Jaylyn took a phone call instead of helping me through the issue. Normally, if a call cannot be handled quickly, you place it on hold and take care of the customer standing in front of you. While I sat there waiting over a basic print job, another employee came back from break and helped at least seven customers who came in after me, getting them in and out while my request stayed unresolved. After I finally said I was not leaving until this was completed and that we needed another option, the attachment suddenly appeared. Her demeanor was dismissive, passive-aggressive, and not customer-service oriented. I come here regularly and have never had an experience like this. Management should address this, because basic assistance should not feel like a burden. And to charge someone $3.50 for one page is highway robbery shame on you.

  Let's face it....same product and store. The differentiator is service level. Blake was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, patient and polite. Had to send three letters to credit agencies, he explained all options which went via UPS and which via USPS. At the same time he was getting pulled to help with paper for the copier and a long line. He remained calm and efficient. This store keeps its five stars as long as Blake is there!

  I had to change my 5 star review to a 1 star due to the customer service at this store. Should be ashamed of yourself. Edit: This store offers notary services. It was clear that no one wanted to notarize my documents by their interactions. Staff seemed incompetent once my document was reviewed. I left and went to my bank, my document was notarized without any issues. It was just your staff that didn’t want to service the customer.
