  When I was in earlier today, there was a really rude customer, and she was yelling at the girls behind the counter. Luckily, they handled it with professionalism and grace. This is my go to store!

  The staff was very unfriendly and hostile toward customers. I felt quite upset after interacting with the personnel. If you cannot make customers feel at least welcome, then working with people may not be the right job for you.

  The sweetest people ever! They helped me print all of my son’s birthday signs and activities and truly went above and beyond. They were beaming knowing how happy they were about to make a little 5 year old. Such a great experience — highly recommend ♡

  What a super helpful bunch of people! Not all UPS stores are equal. Some are downright not helpful. These people go out of their way EVERY time to help a computer illiterate. I enjoy watching them problem solve and made this my go-to store!

  I had a great experience at The UPS Store thanks to Ciara and Amoi. They were both extremely helpful, friendly, and professional from start to finish. They took their time to make sure everything was handled correctly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s not every day you come across people who genuinely care about helping customers, but they definitely went above and beyond. Highly recommend this location because of them!
