  This is the best UPS store I’ve ever been to. The people who work here are always so nice and so helpful… just amazing customer service. I was coming in with a big box today and Ajahri kindly ran to open the door for me and helped me print the label for my return. It’s always an easy and positive experience!

  Came into the store today to do an Amazon return the employees were all very helpful and pleasant, which was very refreshing. I always have a great experience in this store they had me in and out very quickly and went above and beyond for my return. Thank you again!

  Craig, at the University Pkwy location in Sarasota, Fl, was amazing! I had some baseball gear that I wanted to donate to the son of a guy With whom I served in the Marine Corps, and Craig was able to word wonders and save me a little coin. Definitely would recommend.

  If you need any UPS services thos store is the place!! Becca, Ciara, and Craig were beyond helpful! I had an email to print, sign and fax and if not for these wonderful folks there is no way I could have gotten my paperwork taken care of so swiftly without their help. 10/10* If I need UPS services again in the future I will go out of my way to go see the outstanding employees at this location (store 6659, University Pkwy, Sarasota FL).

  UPS for the win! Stopped in Staples for some prints only to find out they can’t be printed right away so popped into UPS and they did it for me right away. Staff was very helpful and so nice!!! Thank you UPS!
