  Well, I dropped off some sensitive documents to be shipped to a business in RI using 2-3 day delivery. 10 days later the documents were returned saying address can’t be found. 1st) it’s the biggest building in downtown Providence, and an established business that’s been there for 20 years. 2nd to resend it they where gonna charge me again, without refunding my cost from the first package. They gave me an 800# to call to get my fee back $26) 2nd to overnight the documents it was $110. I walked out, took the documents and went to the post office. For the same type of shipment (2-3) it cost me $12.50. Question? How can you not refund me for the original shipment, or resend it for no cost? Answer: you have to call the 800# to get your money back. The cost for 2-3 day shipping was now $55 or to overnight it was $110. How does anyone stay in business with that model? I was sending letter sized important financial documents that probably would have cost 3 stamps if I mailed it from home. Bottom line is I will never use the UPS store on University/honure ever again.

  We came in to get a large amount of papers shredded, get some prints done, and use the notary service. Ciara did an awesome job handling everything we had to get done in a timely manner! I also inquired about the mailboxes and Ciara was very knowledgeable about how it works in regards local locations and different States. I was very impress with the service Ciara provided! I highly recommend this UPS Store location and ask for Ciara!

  Morning of 8/26/26: Very frustrating to drive out to this location just to be told they’re operating at limited capacity due to tech issues. Even MORE frustrating that the associate, a short woman with long dark hair, was incredibly curt and condescending in telling me she couldn’t help me.

  I have 2 other UPS stores within 5 minutes from me but I drive 15 minutes to come to this location because they are the friendliest people and always so quick!!!
