Young male associate in the printing area was very rude, lacks social skills and let me know it was not ready. Then stated it might be at some point tomorrow. No time frame, no idea when or if. When ordering printed material, you typically do so based on when they can have it ready so timing is kind of important. I needed the materials the following day and without even a time of when they would be available I now need to rush to find a different company who can provide it in the morning.

It is Awesome and they are there for you, to help & assist you in anything you may need. No need to pack or box anything up, your returning, just need to bring the original product back & get to returning the item in a bag or the original shipping packaging and staples does the rest right their(boxing, tapping, stapling, whatever you need) they have it in store and are happy to assist you with the returning then items.
