- SMShaun McdanielJun 26, 20261.0I like many others have to go to the post office to pick up my packages due to A LAZY mail man. I'm going to the post master and will continue going up the ladder till this issue is resolved. To the mail Carrier if you don't like your job then QUIT and let the community have someone who will do there job. The Carrier lied and said my road was un passable I got a video showing a clear smooth road all the way to my door step. OUR COMMUNITY DESERVES BETTER FROM THE USPS SERVICE!

The hours of operation are straight out of “ green acres” the speed of service from “Mayberry “ and the efficiency out of Mexico! I let a young lady who walked in right after me go ahead as I had plenty of time before an appointment i had in Jonesville. All she was there for was a package pickup. After not being able to find her package and helping the lady that was their when I arrived and glancing at the clock every 30 seconds 20 minutes latee it was my turn! The clerk looked at me and said “ I will be right with you “ and left! I went to UPS to ship AFTER My doctors appointment!

I know there is more than one employee so can’t they take turns and stay open all day for the convenience of the customers? I went in today at 1:40 and stood in line for several minutes, only to be told by the employee that they close for lunch at 1:30 and he was only going to help the man in front of me because he was there already. No wonder everyone complains about you!
