  Everyone’s always so friendly in here but today was extra great! Nicole took care of me and helped so much with everything! She was so patient and so sweet and helped me choose the best option and went over things I didn’t know! Thanks Nicole!!

  I just wanted to share my experience. I was having a terrible day, and had to do some very important faxing and mailing of tax forms and I was having a hard time. Jennifer made it a point to be calm, friendly, and helpful. She briskly finished everything I needed in under 20 minutes and never made me feel like I was a burden or a bother even though I was in a pretty sour mood. She made my bad day feel not so bad and her kindness was thoroughly appreciated. Thank you for taking your time with me and for helping me with such sensitive matters!

  I flew to Titusville from Colorado for a much needed vacation to Mexico I'd been planning for over a year. In my haste, I forgot my passport (realized on Sunday) and was flying out Tuesday. In a panic I went to the UPS store in Titus Landing and met Smit. He was amazing!!! Couldn't have asked for better service!. He worked with me to get a prepaid label which he sent to my son in Colorado. Answered his questions and those of the UPS in Colorado. He made arrangements to have the passport delivered 1st thing. He even called me when the passport was delivered so I could pick it up on the way to the airport! Exceptional customer service! By the way, my trip was awesome!
