I can’t not say enough about smit at the UPS store at the Landings in Titusville. I returned my Amazon purchase and inquired about their printing services. I normally print at staples but the courteous of smit impressed me and wanted to give this business a try, I emailed the file and realized it had some issues and needed to be edited for printing, he edited and printed all flyers beautifully. Exceptional customer service

We recently moved to the area and came to this UPS Store for notary services, and we were immediately so impressed by how kind, friendly, and welcoming the owner was. He was incredibly helpful and made the whole experience so easy! We’ve now been back several times for different mailing and notary needs, and every visit has been just as pleasant. He’s genuinely such a nice person, and you can tell he really cares about his customers and creating a welcoming environment. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone in the area who needs notary services, shipping, mailing, or anything else they offer. Great customer service, great environment, and an owner who truly goes above and beyond!

"I highly recommend this UPS Store location! Smit is always incredibly friendly, upbeat, and helpful. I have dropped off packages here a couple of times, and he always welcomes customers with a smile. I used to use the UPS on Cheney, but because of the fantastic service here, I will be coming to this store from now on. Thank you, Smit!"
