- HMHeather MSep 8, 20261.0Terrible customer service today. My teenager ordered a package that came from China. When he did so he accidentally mixed up our current address and our old address - used current street but old city and zip code. We called the postal service customer service line as soon as we knew the package was in the country to request it be held at the post office. That was a whole other ordeal, but the resolution was the package was to be held. So we get down there today (day of arrival) to pick it up. However someone didn't get the memo and the package was on a truck somewhere according to tracking info. However when the driver was called they claimed "no package with that address". Then the person at the counter kept interrupting when I tried to ask pertinent questions such as "where is it now" and kept going back to the "address doesn't exist". We were treated like we were stupid, and we were laughed at. This is not good customer service. Quite frankly through this whole debacle from our first phone calls to the customer service center through our experience at this post office branch has been severely lacking. If I had a choice I'd never use this service again.
