The young man who helped me (Dawson) was awesome. I have a handicap hand. You can’t tell looking at it. I couldn’t do what I needed to do. He volunteered to help me. You bet I said yes please.

BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION THEY WONT TAKE PREPAID ENVELOPES I was in there this morning October 6, 2026 at around 8 am there was a gentleman working I didnt catch his name because I was EXTREMELY upset I came in with 2 Asurion phone's in their PREPAID envelopes and was told by this gentleman that he couldn't accept them unless they were in a box I knew that was WRONG because ASURION has already paid the shipping costs and Asurion says NOT to mail it in a box ONLY MAIL IT IN ITS PREPAID ENVELOPE I walked out of this store and drove to the UPS store in OCALA and had NO ISSUES THEY TOOK BOTH PHONES AND GAVE ME A RECEIPT I knew I shouldn't have to PURCHASE A BOX AND PAY FOR SHIPPING DO NOT USE THIS STORE IF YOU ARE SHIPPING A RETURN FOR ASURION THEY ARE SCREWING PEOPLE THEY ARE TRYING TO GET PEOPLE TO BUY BOXES AND PAY FOR SHIPPING COSTS EVEN THOUGH ITS A PREPAID ENVELOPE
