    I am not quick to 2-star rate a business, but customer service is such a big deal to me. From the moment I walked in the UPS store I felt unwelcome, and like the guy behind the counter was frustrated just with the idea that a customer would walk in. It wasn’t store closing time, and no other customers were in the store. I came to return a pair of shoes that I had prepaid shipping label for, but the box was not yet taped with the label on it so it needed to have tape applied. Everything else was ready to go. It was a perfectly new box with the package label. it just needed tape. The guy behind the counter said it will be $2 to prepare the return, so I asked what that entailed and made sure he understood I had the label and box. The item was in the box, closed, and all that was needed was tape. He didn’t bat an eye and said yes, $2 for tape. Very matter of fact. Very rude. So I will take my return to the wonderful UPS store on Warm Springs Avenue. They are the best, and Kristen and team are so warm and helpful!! Worth the 15-minute drive!

    The UPS Store in the Pinellas Shopping Center is the perfect picture of convenience, the ultimate professional climate and smiling faces that always brightens up whatever day you’re having. Always a stop you look forward to in your busy day. The staffs eagerness to assist me with the confidence that you come to trust with even your most valuable and cherished packages is something that you just take for granted.
