    The job was done - I had to forward an email and pay for a color copy of an attachment. This did happen - but - they seriously charged me $1.99 plus tax for accessing THEIR email to pront my one copy - which was another $0.69 plus tax. To me, that is gouging and this two dollar charge for printing it from an email is a bit ridiculous. It has never been charged before. Not at this location or any of the other UPS locations I have used. It is not charged at Office Depot or Staples. It is just a money grab. Did they do the job? Yes, did they get overly paid? yes. This is why the low rating

    Online that says they're open till 6:30 you get to the store there's signs say 6:00 p.m.

    I am not quick to 2-star rate a business, but customer service is such a big deal to me. From the moment I walked in the UPS store I felt unwelcome, and like the guy behind the counter was frustrated just with the idea that a customer would walk in. It wasn’t store closing time, and no other customers were in the store. I came to return a pair of shoes that I had prepaid shipping label for, but the box was not yet taped with the label on it so it needed to have tape applied. Everything else was ready to go. It was a perfectly new box with the package label. it just needed tape. The guy behind the counter said it will be $2 to prepare the return, so I asked what that entailed and made sure he understood I had the label and box. The item was in the box, closed, and all that was needed was tape. He didn’t bat an eye and said yes, $2 for tape. Very matter of fact. Very rude. So I will take my return to the wonderful UPS store on Warm Springs Avenue. They are the best, and Kristen and team are so warm and helpful!! Worth the 15-minute drive!
