- PCParis CostelloMay 1, 20261.0I just walked into the store. I had already a box and a label printed. There were five people ahead of me in line. The only two women who ever worked. There were chatting it up, no sense of urgency, seeing that there was a line full of people who were trying to get on with their day. I go to the front desk to give her my box to send out. And she said oh you could have just left this right at the front I said well that would’ve been really nice if you had told me that 20 minutes ago because now my lunch break is over also they purposefully went slow after I asked them if there was only two of them there. I don’t know their names, but I do not recommend you go to this post office as both of these women deliberately went slower and then refused to take my transaction for about two additional minutes after they were both done doing everything And stood in the back. The lack of disrespect was shocking from two elderly ladies. I will be contacting the managers and letting them know about this.

- PNPink NomadApr 4, 20261.0I never get my mail at 2 addresses now since I’ve moved to tarpon. I was a post man myself prior to moving here so I know how the inner part of the post office runs. And the fact they must be doing god knows what with my mail rather than delivering it speaks volumes of its twice now. And I had an outgoing envelope in my apartment lockbox/pick up box for 2 days. She never even came to drop off mail or opened that door to get the envelope. I had to retrieve it with painters tape and take it to the post office myself! Horrible experience. I hated delivering mail but honestly it’s not that hard how can these people either be this lazy or not know what they’re doing is beyond me.
