- FWFelyza WishbringerJun 20, 20265.0Had some hiccups getting a box in town set up. This place remembers regulars. Management had always been understanding. A lot more personal service feel here than elsewhere I've been.
- JCJames CJun 1, 20261.0This location is always impressively slow and inefficient. Only time there isnt a crazy long wait is on weekends when theyre closed. They need a third worker and even when they do its still a crazy long line. The pasco and palm harbor ones are much more efficient
- MKMina KhalilMay 28, 20261.0Are they slow on purpose? It took on average 4 minutes per customer with a line that is 8 people long, yet they only have one person serving that long line. At this rate, it'll be 32 minutes to drop off a package. The reason given was the other person was in a meeting.
- AAAxelMay 1, 20261.0I just walked into the store. I had already a box and a label printed. There were five people ahead of me in line. The only two women who ever worked. There were chatting it up, no sense of urgency, seeing that there was a line full of people who were trying to get on with their day. I go to the front desk to give her my box to send out. And she said oh you could have just left this right at the front I said well that would’ve been really nice if you had told me that 20 minutes ago because now my lunch break is over also they purposefully went slow after I asked them if there was only two of them there. I don’t know their names, but I do not recommend you go to this post office as both of these women deliberately went slower and then refused to take my transaction for about two additional minutes after they were both done doing everything And stood in the back. The lack of disrespect was shocking from two elderly ladies. I will be contacting the managers and letting them know about this.
