  We are missing our kitten and pretty tore up about it and we walked into staples needing some help printing a poster for our lost kitty. Molley greated us a warm welcome and how can I help . I told the web site I got the poster template off of recommendation to go to staples. That was easy.. anyway she took my phone and told me what to do and where to send it. She printed a sample and showed us how it looked before printing 50 copies. Then we wanted them laminated and she said we are over booked and people were waiting to have stuff done. She kindly walked over and said something and her and another employee jumped right on it making out wait very short. I went and spoke to a store manager and expressed how great the staffing was in copy center. When someone goes out of their way to help without any problem. It seemed completely effortless on our parts. In a time of trouble she calmed the storm that was placed before us. Molley will go very far in life with the mind set she has. Valueable asset she is.   Passive aggressive behavior because I decline signing up for rewards is bad customer service. Saying “ it hurts the business if you don’t but ok” is not how you respond a customer that says no thank you…. Staples Tarpon, some retraining on proper customer service is needed in this store. As I’ve just had this interaction, this same cashier also proceeded to berate an elderly woman for not following signs for the Amazon returns, in front of several customers, he was horrendous. No name badge to add unfortunately. Certainly not how I wanted to start my morning… cashier # on receipt- 2023059… hopefully it’s him.

  I was stress out when I was ready to order thse carts for the memorial of my father in low but the associate Maja helped me a lot,she knows exactly what needs to do and finally my cards getting perfect with her presious help,thank you Maja

  Horrible experience I don’t know what her name was, but The lady in the printing department was terrible. Has a horrible attitude and shouldn’t treat customers the way she does. I don’t know if she’s stressed out because she needs more help, but they should look into how she treats customers.

  I’m helping a small business owner print banners for his business, and unfortunately we’ve now had two negative experiences with Jenn in the print/sign department at the Tarpon Springs Staples. She was impatient, dismissive, and seemed uninterested in helping from the moment we arrived. When we asked basic questions about print sizing and high-quality PDF requirements, she didn’t know the answers and instead blamed “the Staples system” and their computers. Throughout the interaction, she repeatedly interrupted conversations, walked away mid-discussion, and gave the impression that she simply did not want to be there. Printing services require attention to detail and customer support, especially when small business owners are spending money on marketing materials that matter to them. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional both times. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to UPS Store and ask for Tracy instead. He was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and actually cared about helping us get the project done correctly.
