  I had a very disappointing experience at the Print and Marketing section. The employee refused to help with printing and just told me to do everything online. He was rude, dismissive, and offered zero customer service. I left feeling unwelcome and frustrated. Customers deserve basic help in a customer service department and that did not happen

  Today, August 4, 2026, at 1:30 PM, I visited this Staples location to return a Bible purchased through Amazon. The employee who processed my return carelessly tossed the book into the shipping bin. I am a frequent customer at this store and have never witnessed such unprofessional behavior; staff members have always handled my returns with care, even basic items like clothing.I want to explicitly state—without making this about religion—that if the book was damaged by his actions and Amazon denies my refund, Staples will be held responsible for the financial loss due to this employee's reckless and disrespectful handling. Leave your personal issues at home. Thank you.

  I bought one of their tables of contents sheets which had 35 tabs on it. I went to their website to get the template to print my listing on. No template so I went to the New Port Richey store to get their help and they told me they couldn’t help with that! Terrible customer service! I’d recommend No One visit this store since their customer service sucks!!

  Peter was absolutely outstanding in providing customer service and expertise. He was very attentive to our needs in selecting the best product for our office, and truly wonderful at helping us save money. Also Dave’s excellent customer service and personality was very appreciated. He set us up with the Staples app and helped us save. Sonny’s Framing Inc.

  My husband and I can’t thank Peter Papageorge (Tarpon Springs) enough for going above and beyond in assisting us with our purchase of Microsoft Home Office and installing it on our new computer. Peter was personable, knowledgeable and set everything up perfectly and to our liking. He not only educated us in the aspects of the product but provided an additional wealth of information of options / offerings available on our computer that we were unaware of. We are grateful and appreciate Peter’s expertise and patience. He is a real asset to Staples! (The only other comment is from my husband who was a computer programmer for over 30 years. Usually tech personnel are located in a quiet environment. At our meeting with Peter, we were somewhat distracted in the area Peter had to work. It was in close proximity to the check-out registers which was noisy and there were also customers with screaming children that were distracting. A more suitable working space I’m sure would be appreciated by both the tech personnel and their customers.}
