- KSKaileigh sJun 17, 20261.0Probably the most inefficient and rude USPS I have ever been to. I was there for one hour total today and had to get in line three times to repackage an item from priority to ground advantage— why was this so difficult you may be wondering. She told me to grab a package and I thought they would do it for me and I would pay— but she made me do it myself with no guidance or assistance or kindness. She spoke to me like a child when I was trying to figure out which box to choose and then proceeded to give me basically scotch tape and no scissors because “scissors aren’t allowed here” as one other worker informed me. So my friend and I used my KEYS to tear pieces of tape off. Thankfully we were giggling at the absurdity of the situation together. The poor package i had to ship to my depop buyer looked right off of temu with the flimsy tape job. Meanwhile two other people are waiting and we’re all looking at each other like we are in a black mirror episode where we are never going to get home because this place is run by a seven year old. I highly DO NOT recommend coming to this location unless you have hours to waste and need miserable company.

She helped me with the money order, put the packet together for me, and helped me get it mailed correctly. Such a confusing process I appreciated the help so much!
