- JCJR C2 days ago1.0Finally found a flannel I have been trying to find for over a year. Was excited for it to be delivered when I realized it hadn’t moved from the Ybor location for the past week, far beyond the expected delivery date with no updates. When I finally emailed them reporting a missing package they responded by saying it was destroyed and disposed of 😭. Insane

- KFKC FamilyAug 20, 20261.0This has to be one of the worst hubs in the area. From delayed packages to miss routed ones. Numerous packages spend days if not a week there. The latest that went through here was forwarded several counties away. Makes you wonder if it is willful or just incompetence.

I offered to drive 3 hrs to come pick it up and no one answered the phone in my 2dozen times I called during business hours. USPS 1-800 National customer service attempted to reach them and send numerous escalted messages and calls to them with no reply. If you rely on USPS priority mail for anything important, be prepared for zero customer service and no empathy from CS reps. (If you can reach one) NO WONDER USPS loses so much money each year and has declined levels of service. Sad to see how the mighty USPS has fallen. I will share on my media shows and podcasts I am a guest on : Never again will I rely on them in a time of need . Especially this distribution hub. Notice each day how they give the next day for some reason. Frustrated!
