The woman at the counter offered no help on taping the package 📦. She pointed to the wall that I had to buy my own tape. That is some frustrating bullshit. No empathy nor care in the world. I wouldn't recommend this post office due to my experience.

- MSMiranda SaporitoApr 11, 20261.0The female employee working last Saturday (April 4th) needs to be addressed. This was the worst experience I’ve had at a post office. I came prepared with all required paperwork printed needed for what I was shipping. Without my consent, she began throwing out documents and told me “I’ve been doing this for years, you don’t need to mail those papers.” Since I was the one paying a flat rate for Priority Mail, that should not have been her decision. I also requested that the official name/title be included on the mailing address, as instructed in my paperwork. She refused and stated that only the actual address was needed. I later called the receiving end and they said that including their name/title above the address is in fact recommended so she was incorrect. At this time, my document is now delayed and has still not yet arrived, despite being time sensitive and paid for accordingly. This situation is extremely disappointing and concerning given the importance of the documents. I would appreciate this being reviewed so that other customers do not have a similar experience.
