- LBLady Bosses3 days ago1.0This is the worse post office I’ve ever been to Candace which is the black worker she was extremely rude when I came in to collect a flag for my father that had passed away.. she didn’t even say sorry for your loss which was very rude and senseless I will never come back in this place I hope she don’t work there anymore she is not Great to customers she is rude Candace is her name.. she needs to sort mail away from customers she has no compassion

The wait times are consistently insane, and sending something as simple as a package often turns into an unexpected test of patience. Unfortunately, the staff isn't much help. Customer service tends to be rude and unwelcoming, making an already frustrating experience even worse. The mail eventually gets where it needs to go, but other than that, it's a terrible experience.

Supervisor and passport attendant are the definition of unhelpful, unfriendly, and unpleasant which is not the kind of people you want working in a post office. Will NEVER return to this location and suggest avoiding entirely
- JRJames RJun 16, 20263.0Instead of taping the package with the tape right next to the lady at counter, she had me buy tape/envelope to return my package and had me go to the back of the line after doing so. But another lady helped me out named Gloria, and she was amazing. She helped me out immediately and had great service.
