- PCPeter CGApr 15, 20261.0On the afternoon of April 15, 2026, my wife and her cousin—both pregnant—went to return a package that was inside a bag requiring only a small piece of adhesive tape. When they asked the employee on duty—whom they described as a gentleman wearing glasses—for assistance, he shouted at them in a very rude manner right in front of everyone, telling them they would have to purchase an entire roll of tape if they wanted to secure the package. I wonder if the managers at this location ever review the security footage to ensure that customers are treated with respect. I highly doubt that shouting at a woman—especially a pregnant one—is among the core values that define the USPS. Thanks for your attention to this matter.
- LPLianet Leyva PerezApr 15, 20261.0The treatment here is absolutely terrible. An older gentleman wearing glasses—after I had waited in a very long line—treated me very poorly and verbally abused me in front of the entire staff because I needed to put tape on my package, and he refused to do it.

And was pleasantly surprised that even though they couldn’t service me, they had aa counter assistant named Vanessa that was amazing. Vanessa had a smile the whole time I was there which made me feel welcome. Gave me the address to the location that did have passport services right down the street made me feel valued for coming in and answered my question about what I was going to have to do at the next location. Vanessa even provided me all the paperwork so all I have to do at my next stop was to go in and get out saving me time. Both my parents worked for the post office for 30 years and I don’t know if the post office the way we know it will be around in the next 30 years. But for now anyone else reading this if you want really great Service at a local post office now go see Vanessa she’s a standout and hopefully they find a way to keep her with customers.
