Have had a p.o. box here for years for my company and this is second time they have canceled my box and have payments sent back to corporations even though I made payment on day of or day before due date. Why in the world they dont wait till the next day after due date to return checks is beyond me. Even made payment at counter during business hours. Beyond frustrating and they could care a less. Time to cancel and move on to UPS store or FedEx where customers are actually respected.

I greeted him politely, only to be met with a rude remark over a minor weight discrepancy. I immediately apologized for the mistake and offered to pay the difference, but the interaction remained unnecessarily unpleasant. It's disappointing to be treated this way over an honest mistake. Customer service at this location appears to be declining.
