- JEJerry ElsenrathApr 27, 20263.0Poorly trained Clerk: I presented a letter and asked for a certificate of mailing and the clerk rang it up as certified mail which was much more expensive. I said no I want a certificate of mailing. He said do you have the form? I said that is a postal form that I get from you. Then he said I don't know about that, go see the gentleman at next window. I waited and the other clerk handed me the certificate of mailing form to fill out and told me to take it back to the 1st clerk who was helping someone else by then. Don't these postal workers know what they're doing?

Everyone there looks like they don’t even wanna deal with your issues and then just stare at you when you put the package down and force me to ask if the package is good and then told it’s not I need a new label. I ask her if she can print me one and she says no gotta go to staples for that and mind you this is a prepaid return label already in their system which I’ve seen them do this for others. No one wants to help anyone here at this place.
