Call other offices and all of them say NO NEED birth certificate for renewal.Don’t waste your time going to this unprofessional office….. UPDATES MY SON PASSPORT GOT LOST FROM THAT LOUSY LOCATION SOMEWHERE ??? We were told there are bunch of other passport that was lost recently.That office should be shut down and all of them to be fired immediately

Arrived at 2:15 for passport service as a walk-in (as per website) the front desk clerk stated they already took their 3 walk-ins for the day. In the same sentence she says each PP service takes up to 17 min. We told her we already filled out, printed the application and obtained pictures elsewhere. How could you have don't 3 separate pp services if it had only been 15 min since 2p? The lack of work ethic in some ppl gives me 2nd hand embarrassment. This location is losing money. After looking at the reviews on this location. This is common there.

Came at 12 and they were all out even though the website says no walking till after two . I suggest getting pass port somewhere else and avoid this post office if possible.
