4 star because of 2 things: 1. It was empty and fast just how i like it. 2. Mr. Dave w/ the long hair and his superb customer service to customers, from patience to easy going, positive attitude compared to his older counterpart. I guess I was asking TOOO many questions and wasn't listening fast enough for him, I didn't get sassy back, I just moved over to Dave, however there was another customer behind me, she called on him since I skipped on him and he looked at her w/ much obvious attitude and said he's going on break. Hope his attitude gets better at his BIG AGE.

I have been a customer of this Post Office for several years and have never experienced horrible service until today. I arrived early in the morning to get clarification on an answer I received previously. I was hoping to speak with a different clerk than the one I encountered a few days ago, but unfortunately, she was the only one there. From my first interaction with her, I could already tell she was going to be a problem—her presence was unpleasant. Today was no different. This clerk did not clarify anything and had the audacity to raise her voice at me. Being spoken to like that in front of others was humiliating and completely unnecessary. She misunderstood my question and was brazen about it, acting as if I was an inconvenience to her. It has been several hours since the incident, and I am still upset. This experience was unacceptable. The consistently long lines and the unprofessional manner of certain employees make this branch an unacceptable place to do business. Update: Thursday, May 14 It has now been over a month since I reported the rude behavior of the mail clerk, and ever since then my mail has been going missing. Packages that were always delivered without any issues are now disappearing. I am still waiting on important mail that I confirmed was delivered, yet a different clerk told me some of my mail was returned because it “did not have a PO Box.” This explanation doesn’t add up, because mail from the same sender without a PO Box has been delivered to me before. I used the street address exactly as I have in the past. Based on the timing and the repeated problems, I strongly believe my mail is being intentionally mishandled. A few days after I was told my mail had been returned, I went to check my PO Box, and my package was not there. While I was on site, I saw the same mail clerk I originally complained about, and she gave me a strange look. Given the timing and the ongoing issues with my mail going missing, I genuinely believe she may have had something to do with it. I hope she reads this. I hope someone from this post office branch reads this, because this situation is not a joke. At this point, I can’t trust that my mail will be delivered on time — or delivered at all. Update: Saturday, May 16 Visited the post office again to return the PO Box key and check on my missing package. Still no package, and Paulo was rude. I’m extremely disappointed in this station. I never had issues until I reported a dismissive and unprofessional employee, and now I genuinely feel like my mail is being mishandled on purpose — this feels like retaliation. I cancelled my PO Box because I no longer trust that my mail will be handled professionally.
