- DGDaniela GermosenJun 26, 20261.0The service I received at this location was extremely disappointing. When I first arrived, there was no one at the front desk. I rang the bell several times before a representative named Cynthia finally came out to assist me. Unfortunately, because my transaction required more time to complete, she repeatedly allowed other customers to skip ahead of me, leaving me waiting even longer. Throughout the interaction, she was dismissive and rude, not only to me but also to another young woman who was trying to complete a return. I understand that some transactions take longer than others, but every customer deserves to be treated with respect and professionalism. I left feeling that my time was not valued, and the lack of courtesy I experienced was unacceptable. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location.

I was telling her something to seal it then she sealed it without asking before hand. I told her to late then proceed to give me attitude. She then lied about one of the address I need shipped. To be honest I greeted her nicely and she give me crap in return. Go so where, if you want your mail done with kindness, someone who opens their ears, and doesn’t have a crappy attitude to start with.
