If there is something to loose of everything to gain "SOP" could be modified as a plug and play alternative, a standard that is a flip of the coin "ethical or unethical." Good intentions are for nothing when "consistent" appalling adverse actions produce incompetence and delinquentcy is accepted at the federal or government level by moral silence. They often forget to register "Prize" (prepaid customer deliveries) products and wait 15 days to confiscate abandoned items to return back to sender. The back and forth is tedious and most just give up to reorder and repeat. Is this customer service or customer severance n y can't a process be mastered and solidified overtime? Michael Jacobs
