- AVAndrea VargasJun 13, 20261.0I came during walk in hours to be greeted not only with an attitude by Ruth but also to be told she already handed out tickets for all the walk ins. I was there at 3:10. Hours are between 3-4:30pm. Not only was I greeted with an attitude but the moment I told her I only need 1 passport and have payment and my application prepared she cut me off and said no I need to come back tomorrow and try again or schedule an appointment for mid July. This is not only incredibly frustrating behavior from her but also incredibly inconsiderate. They either need to change staff to accommodate a better schedule or their polices so people aren’t taking time to come out for passports and being sent away immediately.

After dealing with multiple locations that had no idea where fingerprinting services were offered, I walked in and simply asked which branch handled them. She knew instantly, gave me the North Dale Mabry location, and even took the time to write the address down for me. That level of professionalism and basic customer service stood out, especially after a frustrating morning. Helpful, informed, and courteous — and it made a difference.
