This is the large post office at the airport so we were anticipating an issue with capacity and were greatly disappointed.

- MMMaryApr 13, 20261.0I had a really frustrating experience with this USPS after purchasing their online address forwarding service. Which was suppose to be a simple process. The official email I received clearly outlined how to update my spouse’s address if could provide proof of surrogacy (I brought our marriage license, as instructed from the email). Despite following those directions, the employees at the post office refused to process the change stating that I can’t change it for him and he needs to be present. It’s incredibly disappointing when customers follow the guidelines provided by USPS themselves, only to be turned away. There seems to be a disconnect between their official policies and what staff are actually enforcing in person. I hope USPS takes steps to better train employees and ensure consistency, because this experience was unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming.
