  We accidentally shipped a package to the Marriott where this UPS store is located. It's been a long road, but when the package got to Thomas here at the UPS store, we were finally on the road to getting it back. He helped me get it setup and posted back to us, and it's the biggest relief. While helping he was patient, courteous, and kind, in addition to being extremely personable. People don't always take the time to go the extra mile and help out, but Thomas did today, and for that we are supremely grateful!

  Top tier service from franchise partner Todd and his team. I have worked with many UPS outposts at conference centers and this one is far and away the best! Special thanks to Chase for going above and beyond. 12/10!

  Waited here - there’s a sign saying “We have briefly stepped away to help a guest” but no one answers the number to assist. Don’t recommend this store.
