  I had to return and item with FedEx. A Google search listed this store as a FedEx drop and ship facility. After waiting in a long line, I am told they cannot ship my product with the vendor-supplied shipping label. Is it possible UPS is using false advertising to lure FedEx customers into their store? I assume Google only posts info they are supplied by the business.

  The UPS store in Temple Terrace on Busch blvd are: 1) Incredibly slow, 2) rude.

  Employees don’t know the password to the WiFi so I couldn’t print out the label that I needed to return my items.

  This UPS is garbage, several times I’m giving a package with the wrong name that I don’t take and now it’s several packages that say to pick up but don’t have, how is a package delivered to an access point at 5:17am when the location isn’t open at that time until 8am. Make it make since!!!!

  I went in for a passport photo and scheduled an appointment online the day prior. Upon coming in I was told they do not do this service at their location. This was confusing as it is advertised online and there is an option to schedule an appointment for the service. I even showed the email confirmation including the store address to the UPS employee to confirm I was in at correct location. I am writing this to let other people know this service is no longer offered here.
