- RHRyan HughesAug 13, 20261.0Sent a 7 pound package to Maine. Was given two options. $127 to arrive by Monday or $38 to arrive by Monday. I took the $38 option and tracking says it’ll get there this Saturday. Outrageous prices.
- VJVictoria JonesAug 12, 20261.0I walked into the store and there were no other customers in front of me or being helped, so I was it. There were 3 people at the counter and I patiently stood there, and not a single one greeted me, looked at me, or offered to help for several minutes. Finally, one female did ask if I needed help as if I were inconveniencing her. I simply said, “yes I do need help, I was wondering when someone was going to greet me.” Her reply was that she was busy and the other 2 guys said they were also busy in a meeting. She also asked “was it necessary to throw that in my face?” When all I did was politely say I was wondering when someone would greet me because the amount of time it took to get some service was awkward. Customer service 101- acknowledge customers even if you can’t help right that second. When did helping customers right in front of you become the LaST thing they do and an inconvenience? SO INCREDIBLY RUDE. Where is the customer service? Sounds like FedEx will be getting ALL of my business! Never had an issue there!!

I had extremely heavy boxes that they assisted with and were very patient with the various locations I had to ship boxes. I will definitely return to their store due to the excellent customer experience I had.
