Karissa Rodgers was extremely professional in guiding me and resolving my return issues. She is the kind of employee who reinforces the quality of a service provider on the scale of UPS.

They did not even look what we brought. I wish I could give -5stars. I am not going to reach out to the customercare email as you mentioned in the other reviews. I will just never waste my time with UPS.

She was so helpful when I needed to ship a box by Friday and even took the time to explain which type of box I should use next time. We also chatted about the Angel Tree, and I loved hearing about all the ways she gives back to local kids and families. It’s always nice walking into this store and receiving such friendly, genuine service. Karissa is wonderful!
