    I've been calling this location since Monday to set up mailbox service. They don't answer the phone and they don't return calls after leaving a voicemail. Their online form tool thinks I'm a bot. To a competitor I go!

    Dear Store Manager/Supervisor, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the handling of a printing order at your UPS Store. What should have been a simple printing job has turned into over a week of delays, inconsistent information, and poor communication. Last week, I brought in my wedding invitation labels containing my guests’ names and addresses. I was initially told by an associate that the labels could be printed at your store for $30, and they would be ready the following day. When I called the next day to check on the status, I was informed that the manager needed the original file emailed directly to her before the order could be completed. I immediately sent the file as requested and was told the labels would be ready the following day. After the Fourth of July weekend passed, I called again and was then told that the labels I purchased could not be printed at your location and would need to be sent to another store. This was the first time anyone mentioned there was an issue with the labels. Today, I called again for another update. The store manager told me everything was ready to print and that she just needed to speak with another manager before calling me back. I never received that call. By 3:00 p.m., after calling the store three separate times with no answer, I had to leave work and drive to the store myself. When I arrived, an associate recognized me and greeted me by asking, “You didn’t get my email?” I found that to be an inappropriate way to address a customer, especially since I obviously came to the store because I had not received any email. I was then told that the labels could not be printed because they would “burn the printer.” Shortly afterward, the store manager confirmed that the labels were incompatible with the printer and that the order could not be completed. My concern is not only that the labels could not be printed, but that I received multiple different explanations over the course of a week. Had someone informed me from the beginning that these labels were not compatible with your equipment, I could have made other arrangements immediately. Instead, I was repeatedly told the order would be ready the next day, causing unnecessary delays and frustration. Because of this lack of communication and follow-through, my wedding invitations are now over a week behind schedule. I now have no choice but to handwrite over 100 guest names and addresses, despite originally paying for printable labels to avoid exactly this situation. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received and the amount of time that was wasted due to inconsistent information and poor communication. I would appreciate a response regarding this matter and how your store plans to address situations like this in the future so that other customers do not experience the same frustration.     Awful store. Had my shoes stolen from an employee as well, with the box being empty when I went to return an order. The store owner would rather argue then actually be helpful in resolving issues. I never lead bad reviews, but this is the worst experience I’ve had at a store… run far away from this UPS

    This store is chaotic and disorganized. For that reason, I decided to take a picture as proof that I dropped off a very expensive dress to be returned. And glad I did because I was looking into why I haven’t received a refund on the dress yet and saw that the UPS package was delivered with “no contents inside box”. Waiting for a call back from the store manager. This place is a mess every single time I walk in there and this is not the first, second, or third time they’ve dropped the ball on something. Go to literally any other UPS store
