  Karissa at The UPS Store was wonderful to work with. She was friendly, patient, and very helpful throughout the process. She made sure everything was handled correctly and explained the options clearly, which made the whole visit quick and stress-free. Great customer service—thank you, Karissa!

  Every time I have gone in there the employees act like you are inconveniencing them. They are rude when you ask questions, doesn't matter what it is, has happened multiple times. I was trying to use the self scanner and one package stated it needed to be done at the desk and then the female employee yanked it from my hand and let out a loud sigh, almost like I was in the wrong. Never have I experienced such rude employees from UPS. They have now twice told me I couldn't use the shipping box because it had writing on it! To be clear, not old labels, QR Codes, bar codes or soft spots, or old beat up boxes, but literally showing what the size of the box is and in addition, once, the box that had the original item in it and the box that Amazon used to ship to me via UPS! Same box, same shipper but now it's unacceptable? I placed a new label over the old one, I had never even opened the package. The last time when I requested the shipping receipt for my packages the young man, flung it at me, not handed it. I have never once been rude, unkind or even had the slightest attitude, I always try to remember that someone may be going through something that we are not aware of. Considering this is the repeated experience, it's not just someone having a bad day. If you read the reviews on Yelp for this location, it appears others experience the EXACT same thing repeatedly. The owner responds and apologizes but then the same employees are there and still doing the same thing. This is my closest location but I will not be going back there. People are in desperate needs of jobs, they act like you're taking away from their day and are visibly irritated. EVERY TIME. The last time was yesterday 8/26/2026 and both individuals working, a male and a female (pregnant and same person that is rude every time and appears throughout all of the Yelp bad reviews) employee had the same rude attitude. Customer service needs to be addressed and also what is acceptable.

  Friendly folks, took care of me. I had a tiny print job, they had lots of people, took care of me and everyone else well and quickly. Highly Recommend this family business. Good luck with the new member come Thanksgivin' season.

  If I could rate 0 stars I would. This store is less than a block from where I live but I will never come here again. The attitude of employees and their unwillingness to help is off the charts. I dont need them to be nice but you dont have to be rude. If you are unhappy with your work situation find something else to do. Customer facing employees need understand basic concepts. Judging from my interactions (and that of other customers) with them and the lack of basic respect/decency the few times I was there, these people do NOT represent the UPS brand I know. I will drive 3 miles to the next location. This one will crash and burn on their own. I dont even drop off packages anymore!! Someone from UPS should drop in and audit this place. Once is OK, twice maybe they had a bad streak and I went the wrong day... but 3 times in a row is no coincidence! Place/employees are not fit to be customer facing!

  Bad experience for sure. Dropped off a return no problem, but went to mail a package, the measured and weighted it amd got zip code, told me $103. I didnt ship that day as I was looking at alternatives. Went back to this same store 2 days later, weighed same package and asked for zip code. Then told me $157 to ship. I questioned that because 2 days prior it was $103. The lady said "...I don't know what to tell you, it's $157 ... our prices change daily" with that said, I left and drove to the other UPS on MacDill, there they weighted the package, measured it got zip code.. and bam $61 to ship (with extra insurance added) so same day, same package, going to the same location.. $157 at one store and $61 at the other. I can't make that up. Won't be using this location any longer.
