  Do not use this location. They literally do not care. I’m sure it’s just a cover for another business. Dropped off a package on Friday for 2nd day sir. The following Thursday it had not moved and their response was “I don’t know. You have to file a claim” I repeat!!! FO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!!

  This store deserves zero stars!!! My first time here , having recently moved from Orlando. The young man with dreadlocks , managing the business is rude, obnoxious, demeaning, abusive and frankly not fit to be representing UPS or any other customer facing business . His people management skills need a complete 360 degree overhaul! The lady in front of me had a question regarding the package label. Halfway through her question, he snarled at her “ you hv sent packages previously, you should know better !” The poor lady was so apologetic but he would have none of it ! Just continued his tirade . I was so shocked and Must have said something out loud because the customer behind me chipped in with “ yea, this guy thinks he is god and hates being asked questions. He will either snap your head off or not respond at all or mutter something you can’t comprehend. Any attempt to request him to repeat what he said will be met with silence” . The gentleman next to her added that if one’s package were to get lost or damaged in transit and you approach this store for help they will give you none , rather act like you are accusing them of some major crime. That was enough for me. I left and headed to the UPS store on BBD in front of Sprouts. What an amazing experience. Great customer service. I will continue to patronize this business. To the owner of this cross creek blvd store whose responses to other negative reviews seem rather canned, I sincerely feel you can do better and hire store managers / clerks who have proven people management skills. That is , if customer satisfaction is important to you. 🙏🏻 . Even after so many negative reviews about the same person, one even has his photo, he continues to be the face of your business . To UPS , the parent company , hopefully you are monitoring reviews of your franchise partners and are reading this. Franchise partners carry your company name n logo , hence reflect YOUR standards of how customers are treated, which at this particular store on cross creek blvd, is ground zero.

  I will not renew my mail slot! MICHAEL was very rude and unprofessional toward my wife simply because she didn’t want to email her id credentials. The bad reviews confirmed that we are not the only customers who MICHAEL has disrespected. UPS needed two forms of id for my wife to remain on the rented mail slot. She told MICHAEL that she would bring her id. She forgot. MICHAEL called her, and he was even more nasty. Tried to shake down my wife. I called and he did the same to me. The owner needs to be fired MICHAEL, immediately. This kid is very combative.
