- SSSam5 days ago1.0AVOID THIS STORE please. The man with dreadlocks is one of the most hostile store employees I’ve ever met. He clearly hates his job and the manager Vivek keeps responding to complaint reviews with the generic “we’re sorry we’ll look into it”. That’s a LIE, just look at the other reviews going months back. No change in behavior and that employee still works there. I’m waiting on the line to make a formal complaint to corporate now. This employee is so condescending over a job that isn’t even full time. He did a part of his job wrong then claimed it wasn’t his fault. Plus he’s rudely talking to other customers as well, even mocking them. How is this acceptable? Mr. Patel (or whoever the store owner is) don’t bother responding to this because you’re going to give a generic response and obviously are too cheap to train or fire this employee. Your ONE employee is ruining the experience for locals.
- VPVadym PSep 30, 20261.0Second time this month coming at 8:30am to drop off return and it’s closed. The same young worker with dreads and poor attitude rolls in and opens after 8:35a, then turn on PC and scanner to warm up. So 10 min for easy amazon return, instead of 30 seconds. Not good

The following Thursday it had not moved and their response was “I don’t know. You have to file a claim” I repeat!!! FO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!!
