  En mi turno… cuando ya me habían escaneado el código vino la muchacha del lado y pidió cobrarle a otra persona antes q terminara mi proceso… es el primer mal comentario q hago porq me encanta devolver aquí… y lo hago para q no pierdan la buena reputación q tienen… para q sean mejor entrenadas las muchachas nuevas…. Si no se ha terminado con un cliente no puedes sencillamente moverlo a la esquina para terminar con otro q inició el proceso en otra caja registradora.. que mal me sentí .

  Worst worst worst experience Came in with a money order I needed mailed out the employee seemed to have knowledge of nothing I asked which I put aside so when I presented a physical paper with a written out address to where I’m shipping the employee said not a single except to hit confirm so she can continue with the transaction I payed she quickly told me have a good day and bye which made me seem suspicious almost like she didn’t want me to check the receipt to which I arrive at work and look over the receipt TO WHICH I find she had written an entire different address with numbers that weren’t even on the paper I gave her YOU CANNOT MISTAKINGLY DO THAT! To which then I called the ups store to report this problem to which a lady said “that doesn’t sound like any of my employees” basically telling me I’m lying to which a guy hopped on the phone and was yelling at me cutting me off and being highly disrespectful over a mistake their employee made telling me I will have to pay the 20 express shipping fee all over again and come back TO THE STORE SAYING it’s non refundable AND THAT ITS MY FAULT FOR NOT CONFIRMING but not once did the employee confirm that address was correct and or ask me to confirm the address this a order with money in it if it were to be lost I cannot get it back and to play with my money ran 20 minutes late to work for this I’m only 19 and hate to be a Karen but I will be contacting corporate and making sure that the employee and the 2 “managers” are reported aswell and something is done and I’m compensated for wasting my time and my money I just want my 20$ here’s a picture of the address for reference if you see any zeros or fours in there let me know because that’s what was on the receipt for the address and I don’t see any??? I’ve had 30 different people read these numbers to me today and none of them read it incorrectly!

  Terrible store to go to if you have to ship something for your client. I dropped off package at 5pm and was handed a receipt and apparently it didn’t make it on the truck which is ridiculous since they pick up at 6 pm. Staff obviously could give 2 sh*ts about their customers.

  This was my second time visiting this UPS Store for printing, and once again, I was impressed. The store became very busy, but the staff stayed organized and provided excellent service to everyone. They were friendly, professional, and handled the rush extremely well. Great customer service!
