  The absolute worst location. Couldn’t do a simple frontier return and claimed they couldn’t restart the computer. If I could give this location zero stars it would have gotten that

  This location is always so super friendly and helpful, I have never had a single problem. I drop off here a couple times a week and it's always a trip I look forward to.

  The manager's attitude was completely unacceptable. She was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help from the beginning, instead of trying to assist or offer a solution, she made the interaction unnecessarily difficult and unprofessional

  I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS Store. The older manager was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment I asked for help. She told me that my package was not eligible for a return and even instructed a younger employee not to assist me. Fortunately, the younger employee was kind, respectful, and willing to help. Thanks to her, I was able to successfully return my package, despite what the manager had told me. She was the only person who provided good customer service during my visit. To make matters worse, I was charged $8 just for tape to seal my box. The manager’s attitude, lack of professionalism, and unwillingness to help made this one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I sincerely appreciate the younger employee for going above and beyond, but because of the manager’s behavior, I will not be returning to this location.
