    This location is always staffed appropriately, friendly efficient service. I drive to this location vs the one on Gandy that is closer to me because the service is that much better.

    Germain has a totally unprofessional attitude and his customer service skills are zero! He is rude and seems to have a big problem with understanding how to effectively communicate with customers. After getting three texts and two emails that the package was at this store for me to pick up I went down there to get it. When I got there I presented the form left by the driver who couldn’t deliver it the day before and my ID to Germane (if that’s really his name). He looked through a pile of packages and told me it wasn’t there and to come back tomorrow. When I told/showed him the texts and emails he said that didn’t matter and he was done talking to me and to leave! He said he already told me three or four times and he was done. I asked to speak with a manager and he would not answer and told me again that he was done talking and to leave. About that time another employee came from the back and handed me my package. He was the only male employee there at about 1:15pm Friday April 10. I hope you have a serious talk with this clown of an employee about customer service, manners and respect. I’ll take my UPS business elsewhere from now on.

    The RUDEST, UNFRIENDLY STAFF and MANAGEMENT of any UPS STORE in Tampa. Franchise owner has the personality of an empty box..and his staff is equally VOID. GO ELSEWHERE.

    I was told that I would be charged $2 just for a piece of tape to seal a box. At a shipping store, basic packing materials like tape should reasonably be part of the service. Charging customers extra for something this minor feels like unnecessary nickel-and-diming. Other UPS locations, including the one I typically use in Westchase, have never charged for something like this. This policy left a poor impression and I will remain a loyal patron at the Westchase location.
