  The owner and manager of this location will gaslight you all day, never return calls and often just hang up on you. They lie about the prices of yearly box rentals claiming they don’t raise the prices but I have proof they do. This location is the highest charging location for mailbox rentals. Even more expensive than anywhere else in the country. This is because the owner is making the renters pay back for the renovation of the store from years ago. When canceling my box instead of them following the contract I had signed they destroyed all my mail and did not return to sender as is the policy. Some of the rudest workers and laziest owner ever. Do not recommend doing business at this location.

  I have come here many times for returns and I am very impressed with Alexis because she always provides excellent service. She is friendly, hardworking, patient and greeting every customer with a smile and a pleasant voice.

  I had the BEST customer service EVER this morning at the Swann Ave/Tampa store. Alexis was the MOD. Wow! I came in stressed with 7 heavy boxes and she made things so easy for me. She weighed and measured each box and gave me estimates and choices of arrival dates. My stress was gone and the estimate I chose for all those boxes fell right into my budget. She was so efficient that I was out of the store in a matter of a few minutes. And she did it with a smile! This is why all my shipping needs will be done from this store. Again, thank you!!!
