Under the new management/ ownership, no matter what time of day I call for a question that I need specifically answered by someone at the location, I have never had anyone actually answer the phone. Maybe they just have the ringer on silent?

Rachel was super kind and very helpful with my office based needs and went way above the top regarding help with my printing needs. I maintain a mailbox here and stop in every month for my business needs. The staff and management at this location are exceptional and fully dedicated to customer satisfaction. Thank you one and all.

So I spoke and acknowledged myself as being present. Anywho I didn’t really know how a return process worked so I asked. Everyone had an attitude as if I should know how the process worked. I don’t really do returns. After asking the process, The Indian man walked away and had his back to me as to say get your information together then I’ll help you. I felt this was a very unprofessional way to be treated and an unpleasant visit. So I walked out.
