  Onyx and Sofia are two of the best employees I have ever encountered at a shipping store. Onyx was professional, understanding, and knowledgeable, explaining my shipping options promptly yet thoroughly. Sofia was incredibly hardworking and friendly, packing and handling parcels with such expert speed and precision I questioned every box I’ve ever taped shut. Their exemplary teamwork kept the line of customers moving quickly and the store running smoothly. I’ve personally caused more chaos at self checkout with an unexpected item in the bagging area that I, for one, fully expected. They’ve made me a loyal customer of an errand I’d otherwise rank somewhere between going to the DMV and getting a tooth filling. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been equally professional, competent, and genuinely friendly. Thank you all for making this mundane task a positive experience. You’ve set an unreasonable standard for my future interactions with cardboard.

  I had a great experience at the UPS Store today! I went in to print my business cards, but I wasn’t really sure what design or style to choose. Sofia was very helpful and patient. She showed me different samples and guided me through the options, which made it much easier for me to decide. I really appreciate her professionalism and excellent customer service. She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Thank you, Sofia

  Nani and Ella are amazing! Nani got my package right and shipped safely to a family friend. Ella is vibrant and full of life! Both of these ladies are key to this establishment. Y'all chose the right crew to run this store.

  I’m a firm believer that we should take the time to review businesses, not just to complain when something goes wrong, but to recognize people who genuinely go above and beyond. Good customer service seems harder and harder to find these days, which is exactly why I felt compelled to share my experience at this UPS Store today. From the moment I walked in, Ella was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, welcoming, patient, and genuinely pleasant to work with. And that smile? It lights up the entire room. You can tell when someone is simply doing a job and when someone actually cares about the people standing in front of them. Ella has that rare quality that makes you feel like you’re not just another customer in line, you’re actually being helped by someone who wants to make your experience a good one. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel like an afterthought, Ella is a reminder of what exceptional service is supposed to look like.
