  Amazing experience! Zubair was incredibly helpful! I arrived shortly after closing and he insisted I still come in to complete my returns as he did not mind staying to help. Incredibly kind and helpful! Very grateful to have this location nearby

  I had a substantial amount of papers (40 pounds!!) That had to be shredded. The manager, Zubair Indawala, was kind and gracious enough to take all of it for proper disposal. His wife was also very friendly during my stop. I will definitely use this UPS Store for more of my shipping needs!

  out of the number of UPS stores available in my area, I give this one 5 stars and definitely my go to. Knowledgeable, very polite, efficient and I can tell they take great pride in delivering a great service!!

  This store was awesome. They stayed 15 minutes past closing just to help us Make sure that our order got shipped out. Thank you guys again so much your whole staff was great.

  Today I had to drop off 2 items to be shipped back to Amazon. The one was easy and the 2nd not so much because I clicked on the wrong way on the Amazon site. I had to pay to get it packaged. And it wasn’t too easy to get the item in the plastic shipping bag. In fact the owner’s wife was Extremely helpful as she was able to get the item into the bag. Also the owner was VERY helpful in making the process easy with suggesting cheaper ways to package the item. I am so Grateful for both of their help. TY
