We have our hands full and get to the door and cant open it due to both of us having our hands full with this heavy package. A lady with black wavy hair sees us and just ignores us and continues to count money. As if customer help is not their priority which is a shame. Mariam on the other hand sees us and comes running to help us with the door. Now that is true customer appreciation. Mariam was very pleased to help us with the door and with our return. Very disappointed with the other associate who on top of that argued that she was counting money and couldn’t assist with the door. So your telling me you cant stop and recount in a second and come open the door for customers who you see are struggling with a huge package to open the door. Super dissatisfied

My package was dropped off Monday morning, the store was opened late, only 1 individual who seemed stressed. Label was placed on the box and not tracking tag!!!! However the box was picked up and is in lingo!!!! Slow the hell down, focus on what you're doing!!!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!!!
