  Come with me to Staples as I get the balloons for my 800K photography session! 🎈📸✨ This milestone means so much to me, and I wanted every detail of the photoshoot to be just right. What I didn’t expect was to receive such incredible customer service along the way. A huge thank you to Stella, who helped fill my balloons and even advised me that the ones I originally purchased wouldn’t give me the aesthetic I was trying to achieve. Instead of just ringing me up and sending me on my way, she took the time to help me make a better choice, and I truly appreciate that. I also had the opportunity to chat with one of the customer service associates who was genuinely interested in my social media journey. We talked about content creation, growth, consistency, and how I built my platform. It was such a refreshing conversation, and I appreciated the kindness and support. What really stood out to me was that when I had to come back the next day to redo one of the balloons, there was absolutely no hassle. Everyone was kind, professional, helpful, and made the process easy. That’s the type of customer service that keeps people coming back. If you’re looking for balloons or party supplies, I highly recommend this Staples location. The team went above and beyond, and they helped make my 800K celebration even more special. 🖤🎈 Thank you all for being part of this journey. Onward to the next milestone! It’s Just How Life Goes.

  Honestly I wouldn’t even give them a one star! The two girls behind the counter where you do copy’s and prints had an attitude and no help at ALL! I sat there and they did it to two more people. who asked for help to use the copy machine. I went to go tell the manager and he didn’t care! I WOULD NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN. IF YOU DONT WANT TO WORK THERE THEN DON’T! Completely unacceptable.

  Two different occasions the associate said they do not take UPS packages, bro there’s literally a sign behind you … also when I did get someone else a week later which was a girl with brown hair and glasses; she put the ups package in the wrong box and package got lost. I lost my item and lost money. Useless and untrained staff

  Cashier prioritized Amazon return customers over the actual staples customers. I arrived in line when there's no Amazon return customer there. As I was bringing my stuff up, the amazon customer got to the counter and started unloading a good fifteen packages onto the counter to go return. The cashier spent a good fifteen to twenty minutes just dealing with this amazon return customer, and by that time more amazon returned, customers came up behind that one lady, which the female cashier prioritized. Do not shop here. Unfriendly staff, unhelpful staff, low inventory (they no longer carry good cameras), overpriced of sorts, like what do you mean a single college ruled notebook is 3$ when at Walmart it is 99 cents!? All in all, a 3/10 experience. Would shop elsewhere. (I did. I left to go elsewhere.)
