One of the ladies offered to come to my car and help me with my heavy package w/o me asking for help. I wish I knew her name, I hate that I didn’t ask her name but she was amazing thank you so much.

Associates acted as if it was a hassle to assist other customers. Went in had my time wasted and left. Do not come here unless you know exactly what you want and have 0 questions

I took in 2 Amazon returns in their original packaging, he took them out of the packaging and threw them aggressively and was totally angry at me from the get go. I said thank you have a nice day and he proceeds to yell at me to "take my stuff"(the original packaging of the returns that it said to keep it in...) still yelling, he tells me he doesn't have a trashcan(there's one behind him that I walked around the register area to use). What a rude disgusting man, hope he's canned soon, doesn't matter though as I'll be sure never to return here

He made it an ease and pleasant experience.. all you need to do is put the item in it’s original packaging take the the counter and Matt will happily take control.. I’ll be back to this location for all my Amazon returns. Thanks Matt!! You were a great pleasure to work with on Saturday.. they take Amazing returns, no shipping required, take it in it’s original packaging and they will do all the work..
