  Lazaro and Miguel delivered my LG washer and LG range today and they were very kind and professional and accommodating to our requests. Thank you for good customer service to those two gentlemen

  The crew from RXO who came to perform minor Warranty reassembly adjustments to our Polywood Adirondack chairs were very courteous and professional. Also, office staff were equally courteous had no problems when we called to schedule the Warranty service.

  Worst Customer service. They tell you to call them about scheduling and ask you for a time. I gave them a time and they disregard it. They come 5 hours early and then you have 3 different people calling you and telling you different things. Does this company not talk to each other. I told them I will be working until a certain time and I will not be there to receive it until then. Needless to say I didnt receive my washer and dryer, and not sure when I will. No one has reached out

  Two young men delivered our cabinets today, on the date and time as promised. They were courteous, efficient and careful in the handling of the boxes. Communication throughout the experience was very good.

  It was a very good service. RXO gave us not only 4 hours time frame day before, but even an hour inside it the day of. Delivery guys were courteous and helpful. The product came in the excellent condition. We appreciate work of the whole company, and would recommend it to others.
