- BMBob Middaugh5 days ago5.0They replaced my mattress and I think they were in and out in 5 mins. Nice guys, easy to talk to. I would work with them again for sure.
- JKJanice KleinmanSep 5, 20265.0Installers arrived right in time and were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and left everything nice and clean. Very impressed!!
- ACAnn CroccoAug 31, 20265.0The gentlemen delivering my mattress were very courteous and professional. They were careful not to cause any issues bringing the large package into my home. Also they were able to make the delivery early which was a plus.I highly recommend this delivery service
- ZRZeno RausaAug 31, 20265.0Yuniel and Renel at RXO are exceptional! They did a fantastic move of my appliances up a tight stairway with zero damage. I was so very impressed with them.
- BDBen DamatoAug 29, 20261.0Really disappointed with my first experience with them. Ordered a washer from Sam's club and was told we would not get a time of arrival until the night before delivery after 5pm. We cleared our calendar over a week in advance of the scheduled delivery date and then 2 days before were told that it had to be rescheduled because they overbooked. We still were not allowed to pick a delivery time and aren't going to be told when it will arrive until the night before after 5pm. Very unprofessional to ask us to be available all day for multiple weekdays because you overbooked. This is still an open order as of August 29th so if someone wants me to remove this review, contact me and fix this
