  Worst customer service , i call to pay my last bill. The customer service lady said $26 like the bill stated later in the call she said the bill was $46. Becuase of a late fee , when the bill said it was due on 30th of the month and i call on the 18th STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!

  They skipped my deliveries without me knowing, charged my card different amounts every month, the customer service representatives never know what’s going on. The drivers don’t even get out the truck to let you know they’re there, they just pull up and pull out. Worst service EVER!

  I've been a customer for 10 years buying water for my employees. I pay extra for Hydration Superhero for the perks. My delivery is canceled repeatedly and reschedule just to get rescheduled again. Told they are out of my products, Charged delivery fees, I've never received any of the perks that come with the "Hydration Superhero" I've called customer service repeatedly to address this issue, just to be told they would find out what's going on and call me back. They have never called me back!!
